True to other reviewer comments, Robert was punctual, easy to communicate with, gave a competitive bid & ways to reduce costs, and did not fuss about things other contractors said were (expensive) issues. When we had to back out of our verbal agreement, Robert was a completely understanding human being. We wouldn't hesitate to work with him in the future."
